Fernando Bañón Izu is the Director of Production at SanLucar. As part of their work, SanLucar are developing an enhanced sustainable banana production system in Ecuador that helps to reach a zero residue bananas and allows the preservation of the surrounding environment where they work. SanLucar are also boosting biodiversity by planting specific trees where they are working.
