The challenge for the teams is to cook the best main course that is not only very healthy and sustainable, but also very tasty. The dishes will be judged by an expert jury consisting of 3 local Masterchefs: Pieter-Jan Lint, Kwinten De Paepe en Kenny Bernaerts.
The youngsters will cook using a varied choice of healthy and sustainable ingredients. They can choose from a wide range of ingredients: local and seasonal vegetables, fruit and herbs, meat of organic origin, sustainably caught fish, etc.
