FoodTech IL

EIT Food participated at FoodTech IL 2018 in Tel Aviv on May 7th together with 3 RisingFoodStars,

The symposium hosted leading members of the local and International Food Tech industry including entrepreneurs, investors, food industry executives, government officials, researches and service providers.

EIT Food was represent with a keynote speech by Thorsten Koenig, Innovation Director and an EIT Food booth in the start-up alley with Flatev, Brite and Agrilution showcasing their products and providing international visitors with information about EIT Food and RisingFood tars.

The organisers also provided EIT Food participant with EIT Food dedicated post-symposium workshop on how the Israeli Innovation authority supports innovation (lecture by the national innovation authority), learning from success stories – from successful start-ups and successful Israeli consortia, tech transfer from the academia – how does it work in Israel and how to draw investments and what do Israeli investors are looking for.

EIT Food looks forward on joining Food Tech IL in Israel in the coming years.
