Workshop participants do not need to have any previous experience with Design Thinking and service Design methodology.
What will you learn during the workshop?
How to create new products and services in the food sector using methods of Design Thinking and Service Design.
Participants will be informed about:
• 4 phases of Design Thinking process
• main ideas behind working within Design Thinking and Service
Design methodology and understanding interrleations between them
• case studies of using Design Thinking / Service Design in new product development and new services creation in food sector
• practical implementation of selected tools such as ethnographic research, Persona creation, Customer Journey Map
• possibilities of creating a concept for a new product/service and test it
• collaboration methods in an interdisciplinary group
