EAT Circular Workshop

EIT Food together with EAT Circular will run this workshop on Food Waste. The online training sessions will focus on an introduction to Food Waste and Food Waste Prevention.
Participants will address issues such as: trends on the Food Sector and Food Waste, Food Waste Prevention on the Supply Chain or Food Safety standards and Food Waste. SMES startups will have the chance to work together on different challenges and pitch their solutions. There will also be round table discussions, business cases and networking activites.
EAT Circular, a project sponsored by the EIT Climate KIC, has the goal of training public and private officers on strategies to reduce our “food print”, that is, the amount of food we waste.
