ImmunoBoost

ImmunoBoost

ImmunoBoost will bring better food sourced nutrition to the population to help protect against the effects of COVID-19.

The Covid-19 pandemic has shown the world that microbial infections can have devastating effects. In parallel, in the last years, the medical world has started to recognise the importance of good nutrition for a healthy life. Nutritious food helps a good immune system to fight against infections. This project will develop a new product building on a newly discovered plant polysaccharide, which has immunomodulatory activity, helping consumers to have a better functioning immune system.
