The Next Bite Test Kitchen powered by Sweden Foodtech, is your chance to taste creative dishes with cutting-edge ingredients from startups in the EIT Food community.

Across both days, the Test Kitchen will host multiple tasting sessions — make sure you arrive at the Pulse Stage on time to secure your bites! To enrich the culinary experience, chefs will share their interpretations and impressions of each product, while the founders explain the stories, ideas, and science behind their solutions.

You’ll taste the products and give direct feedback through a short survey. In doing so, you’ll help startups improve and thrive on the market. That's your chance to discover, taste, and actively contribute to shaping food innovations and becoming a part of the food system transformation.
