Much of the food we eat in Europe comes from long and complex supply chains, often spanning continents. Focussing on some key supply chains between South East Asia and Europe this session will explore how to build supply chain resilience by better understanding the interlocking aspects of the two economic areas and how stakeholders throughout the value system, such as retailers, policy developers and industries, can provide tangible solutions to food security.
