What can a grocery list reveal about our food habits, values, and everyday lives? This session opens with a sociological dive into a unique research project based on a collection of handwritten grocery lists, uncovering the small but telling details of how people make food choices.
We will gain insight into the complex relationship between daily routines, nutritional awareness, and cultural practices. The introduction will be followed by a 30-minute panel discussion with experts in food studies, public health, and behavioral science, exploring how understanding everyday decisions can help promote healthier, more informed eating patterns.
