This session will address the political relevance of transforming food systems to guarantee the human right to adequate food within the COP30 agenda and national food and nutrition security policies. 

Drawing on experiences from Latin America, speakers from Brazil, FAO, Mexico, and Colombia will present actions and strategies to promote healthy, sustainable, fair, and resilient food systems, tackle food inflation, and strengthen global and national commitments linking food, climate, health, and social equity.
