As Founder of Thought For Food, Christine built the largest and most diverse innovator community in food and agriculture, reaching 30,000 next-gen talents in 180+ countries. She has incubated 100+ science-and-technology-based startups which have gone on to raise over $300mm in venture capital and has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies and international organizations that include the United Nations, the Rockefeller Foundation, Cargill, Google, Danone, and DHL, among many others.
Olena Penenko, an Associate Director / Senior Banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, specialising in food and agribusiness sector. With over 17 years of experience in investment and finance, her expertise lies in sustainability-linked financing, impact and green investing, and managing complex multi-stakeholder transactions in emerging markets.
Vanda formerly led an arm of a prominent US-based non-profit and co-founded a successful e-learning platform before transitioning into venture. She also led go-to-market operations for tech scale-ups in Lithuania, Poland, and Germany. Committed to strengthening the Baltic venture ecosystem, she joined Iron Wolf Capital to support home-grown startups at the intersection of AI and deep tech. She also oversees IWC’s ESG operations, and is a passionate about levelling up the playing field for female founders and investors. CEO of Cobin Angels, the largest angel investor network in Poland, where he oversees day-to-day operations and drives the organization’s growth. He also serves as a Supervisory Board Member at Salesbook S.A. and is a Board Member of EBAN (the European Business Angels Network).
Dominik has extensive consulting experience, including at PwC, where he advised both corporate and startup clients. His expertise covers innovation-driven organizational transformation, fundraising, valuations, strategy, and fostering meaningful collaboration between startups and corporations. Earlier in his career, he co-managed PwC’s corporate accelerator program for Central and Eastern Europe.
He holds an engineering degree from Warsaw University of Technology and a master’s degree in virtual environment management.
