EIT Food TrustTracker®

EIT Food TrustTracker®

Research has shown that consumers do not understand or trust in the food industry. This is thought to be driven by the gap between what consumers want and what the food industry provides. The EIT Food TrustTracker® is an evidenced-based questionnaire which has been developed to measuring consumer trust in the food industry and is an important first step towards understanding this gap. It will provide valuable insights which will be used to enhance consumer trust in the food value chain.
